Rania is a Provisionally Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition and Master of Dietetics from Deakin University.

Rania was attracted to study and work in Dietetics upon realizing the profound impact that nutrition has on disease and how different disease states can be better managed via food choices. Rania is driven by misrepresented food and nutrition facts and is passionate about shedding light on these myths. Her aim is to impart clients with knowledge and understanding of their health and nutrition related conditions in order to empower positive lifestyle changes and in turn better health outcomes.

Rania has experience in a clinical setting and prides herself on utilising a client centred approach and thorough body/systems assessment to reach sustainable health outcomes. Being up to date in current evidence and research is imperitive to her practise, with regard for low carb, healthy fat and metabolic science. Rania has had training in health coaching and utilises these skills to work with individuals to achieve their goals.

  • Malnutrition
  • Diabetes + Pre-Diabetes
  • GI Disorders (including low FODMAP diet for IBS)
  • Corporate Nutritionist

Her personal hobbies include playing soccer, eating great food and even grocery shopping. She understands that food is much more than just fuel and her eating philosophy encompasses the mantra that enjoyment, mindfulness and satiety is imperative to long-term diet change.
